REASONS TO HANG AROUND – 20TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION
In 2026, we have been recording artists for twenty-five years. We’re celebrating the anniversary by releasing both new music and reissues from our catalog. First of all the twenty-year-old “Reasons To Hang Around” comes in a new magnificent edition on vinyl. This 20th anniversary edition contains four bonus songs from the 2005 recording sessions that were not included on the original CD edition. Two of these: “No One to Talk to” and “Going Down That Road Again” have never been released before. The album comes in a double gate fold on colored vinyl with liner notes from Nye Takters, Geir Rakvaag. The anniversary edition will be released on vinyl 6/11/25. UP FOR YOU AND I
A new reissue of “Up For You & I” on vinyl will come out november 7th.Minor Majority’s breakthrough album “Up For You & I” turned 20 years old in January 2024. To mark the occasion, a double anniversary edition of the album was released on colored vinyl. That version sold out almost immediately, so now the album is reprinted again, this time on black vinyl.
The first disc contains a remastered version of the original album. Disc number two contains demos and outtakes from the recording. You can find it at BIG DIPPER MUSIC AND HI-FI and everywhere else where good music is sold.
